Action note: In: Summary: ABSTRACT: Word Prediction is an application that aims to guess the word that the user is typing by giving the user a list of possible options for the word he/she is will use. Problems were found in the existing system which lead the researchers to create three objectives for enhancing it: First is to be able to accept aqnd suggest phrases which the old system does not allow. Second, to count the frequency of words used to be able to suggest the most frequent in the list for the user to choose and third is to allow words with different case sensitivity to be accepted as one. The proponents used the survey method in order to know other people's view and opinion about word prediction where the researchers based their creation of the enhanced system. It was found that many have preffered to use a word prediction application for better and fast typing. The proponents have achieved the three objectives and therefore concluded that the enhanced system shall be of great help with many Encoders or even ordinary people where they can maximise the typing hours and to lessen imperfections in typing. The researchers recommend people to use the enhanced application, and recommend those that shall further enhance the system to improve more the accuracy of the system through a more advance analysis of the system process.
