However, some challenges such as inadequate organizational structure and lack of online presence must be addressed this will enhance competitiveness. Market penetration strategies plus defensive strategies based on this analysis suggest how we can exploit our competitive position in the market situation. Market penetration strategies will concentrate on increasing their share through aggressive marketing and promotion programs while defensive ones will be aimed at sheltering it from competitive threats by minimizing operational difficulties. By employing these proposed strategies to deal with operational, financial as well as market issues facing it Dragonking food corp can make a positive economic impact while contributing towards development of franchising industry in Philippines. In light of this dynamic nature of business environment these strategies will ensure sustainable growth for the company. This analysis offers valuable insights for Dragonking Foods' strategic decision-making process which enables it to achieve its objective as well as maintain competitive advantage within franchise industry sector.
