This study aimed to assess the performance of the ISO-QMS certified universities of the LPU system as evaluated by the total population of the candidates for graduation of batch 2012, alumni, and university personnel which include all teaching and non-teaching staff. The descriptive type of research was utilized in the study. A survey instrument was used to gather data on the results from three participating LPUs. Documentary analysis was used to gather data on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Faculty Performance Evaluation, and Board Examination Performance. The questionnaire is a researcher-made instrument based on the elements of ISO 9001-2008 and academic related outcomes of the university. The three participating LPUs have highly satisfactory performance rating as assessed by the three groups of respondents in terms of educational quality and student services. The university ratings in board examination of the three LPUs in average are above the national passing percentage, with highly satisfied customer satisfaction rating, and above average faculty performance rating for LPU1 and LPU3 while LPU2 obtained moderately satisfied customer satisfaction and average faculty performance ratings. There is highly satisfactory assessment on the performance of the participating LPUs with respect to management responsibility, resource management and management of processes. Significant differences existed among the assessment of the three groups of respondents on the level of performance of the participating LPUs in terms of educational quality and academic services wherein university personnel assessed these variables higher than the alumni and students. This signifies that university personnel are more favorable to the school reputation and qualification of teachers than the other groups. Significant differences existed in the responses of the three participating LPUs on their performance in terms of management responsibility, resource management and management of processes; hence the null hypotheses of no significant differences are rejected. The proposed program for sustainable quality assurance hopes to further strengthen the implementation of quality management system in the three participating LPUs.
