Executive Summary a. Business Description Sari-Sari Sip is a unique and exciting beverage business located in the historic district of Intramuros, Manila. Our business is inspired by the traditional Filipino sari-sari store, which known for its diverse offerings and the concept of savoring beverages through sipping. We have carefully crafted a menu that features a wide range of local and regional teas, coffees, and other unique beverages, all aimed at promoting the rich flavors and offerings of the Philippines. Our business is located Stall VII - F of Plaza San Luis in Intramuros, Manila, a historical district known for its cultural significance and tourism attractions. Our prime location allows us to target both locals and tourists who frequent the area, providing an ideal platform to introduce Filipino flavors and offerings to a diverse customer base. At Sari-Sari Sip, we are dedicated to advocating and supporting local and regional teas and coffees, as well as other unique beverages, in order to showcase the distinct taste and cultural heritage of the Philippines. Our menu is thoughtfully designed to cater to both locals and tourists, providing a memorable experience that highlights the best of Filipino flavors. One of our core values is sustainability, and we strive to source our ingredients form local farmers and suppliers to support the local economy and reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, our business is committed to providing friendly and personalized customer service, creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and appreciated. b. Financial Feasibility The highlights of the assumptions have been listed, and the start-up capital is Php 500,000 for each of the General Partners from their personal savings. There will be annual increase pf 10% for the cost of product to ensure competitiveness in quality and to keep up with the increasing cost of the raw materials. According to the financial assumptions prepared, Sari-Sari Sip is a good and feasible business.
