Attitude is important to individual's life; it serves as a building block of his own stand regarding a certain subject matter. The core problem of the study is about college students' attitudes toward sexual relationships. Particularly, it aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the participants, the attitudes of college students towards sexual relationship. And determine if the socio-demographic profile and attitudes of college students towards sexual relationship has a significant relationship. A qualitative study, purposive sampling, 60 item self-made survey questionnaire, non-participant observation and informal interview was used to gather information about the participants' socio-demographic profile and attitude towards sexual relationship. This was done to give the respondents the chance to answer at their own pace. Two-hundred forty-six (246) college students participated in the study. Bombarded by his family, peers, media and community in different states are considered and believed shed an impact to the attitudes of college students' towards sexual relationship such as the relationship status of their parents, number of siblings, socio-economic status, age and living arrangements. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship only to gender while remaining five variables: age, number of siblings, socio-economic status (SES), marital status and living arrangement showed no significant relationship to attitudes of adolescents towards sexual relationship. As a result gender distinctively has a significant relationship with their attitudes that constitutes a psychosexual enhancement program. The gratification of the results showed that the adolescent attitude towards sexual relationship in the rural / province area still practice their Filipino morals, customs and values so even if the situation or environment changes he/ she will not stumble.
