ABSTRACT: This discourse presents various accounts and narratives of the trial and death of Andres Bonifacio such as those published in El Renacimiento and Muling Pagsilang. On the basis of disturbing details gathered from the records of his trials,this discourse presents some challenging questions that could lead to the truth about the controversy surrounding the trial and death of Bonifacio. One important message of this disourse is the importance of documents in the writing of history. 56
