Action note: In: Summary: This descriptive research was conducted to assess the level of effectiveness of schools in Valenzuela City in the areas of leadership, instruction, and support services. The researcher surveyed the internal and external stakeholders of the respondent schools using a researcher-made instrument that was validated by experts. The instrument was given to the respondents to answer and after which the mean values and standard deviation of the scores were computed. After computing for the mean values and standard deviation, the t-test for independent samples was used to find out if there is a significant difference between the stakeholders' views. The data was computed and interpreted at the 0.05 level for acceptance or rejection of the hypothesis. The study was about the stakeholders' assessment of schools effectiveness in the areas of leadership, instruction, and support services. The results of the stakeholders assessment of schools' leadership have shown that the respondent schools provide equity in making quality education accessible to all, the administration shows good leadership and management skills, and that the administration closely monitors teachers' and students' performance. In the area of instruction, the stakeholders' assessment was the teachers are academically qualified and prepared to provide quality education to the students; that teachers serve as a role models of good moral conduct to their students and that teachers are pursuing higher studies to improve their teaching skills and knowledge. In the area of support systems, the results of the stakeholders' assessment was that the school provides good guidance services to students with problems; the school's classrooms are conducive to learning, and that the stakeholders' feel safe inside the schools. The findings state that there is a significant difference between the stakeholders' view of schools' effectiveness in the areas of leadership, instruction, and support services.
