_aDEFINTION OF THE PROJECT The Agos Market, three-storey wet and dry market integrated with commercial shops, has distinct types of leasable areas on each floor. The ground floor has a business unit area with a wet market and parking spaces. On the second floor, the dry market and other commercial spaces are located and also has a paluto restaurant. There are additional business unit spaces and a park on the third floor. NAME OF THE PROJECT The establishment of a Three-Storey Wet and Dry Market with Integrated Commercial Shops in the City of Pasig: a project dedicated for a marketplace of local and tourist visitors of the city. Upon completion of the project, the accomplished, developed market will then be called: Agos Market. Agos means flow or current, reflecting the movement of both water and people, connecting to Pasig's river heritage and symbolizing modern dynamism. A collective identity of the place which will serve as economic space for the interaction of people and their commercialized and fresh products. The project will cater and showcase the pristine beauty of Pasig's tradition and culture through its architectural design and inclusive local products magnetizing the interest and heart of its local and tourists people.
