505 _aDEFINITION OF THE PROJECT The proposed project is a two-building commercial area, with Building A, called the Maharlika, a 20-story building consisting of the highlights of the hotel development or the amenities, located in the ground to fifth floor, while the rooms and suites are in the sixth to the 20th floor. Building B, called Paraiso, is a 4-story building consisting of leasable commercial spaces on the ground floor and podium parking on the second and third floor. Lastly, there is a small meeting room, co-working space, and a bridgeway connecting to Building B. NAME OF THE PROJECT Hope, imagination, and aspiration are the values that inspired the creation of the proposed development. The proposed 5-star development is named Palacio Haraya. The heart of this project is the term "haraya", a Filipino term that means hope. It consists of two buildings: Paraiso Palacio for the 4-story MICE building and Maharlika Palacio for the 20-story main building. Filipinos are known for being optimistic and always striving to become better, and this project aims to be the sanctuary where dreams are envisioned and planned. It creates an environment where they can reconnect with themself, restore their confidence, and leave the hotel with a renewed vision of success, which mirrors the Filipino identity. The goal of providing an environment that promotes creativity in imagination and self-reflection is to inspire the guests to carry the spirit of "haraya" into their lives, reflecting how Filipinos thrive even just by holding onto the hope that things will always get better.
