The majority of Bangladesh's fish supply comes from its brackish and freshwater ecosystems, which are found in inland waterways. The consumption of famed fish has become the norm in China Ponds that are filled with freshwater are by far the most important contributions, since they provide households with fish that can be eaten at a reasonable cost. Cage culture is widely practiced and accepted in the Philippines.
