_aExecutive Summary: Business Description Silog Roll is a Filipino cuisine with a twist of Japanese style that is inspired from the famous Japanese dish sushi. However, to make our product innovative, instead of using typical Japanese ingredients such as raw tuna and fresh vegetables, the entrepreneurs would like to incorporate a Japanese twist by using Sushi (colloquially known as a staple rice dish of Japanese cuisine). The entrepreneurs will add different varieties of Silog flavors in the menu as filling to our product so that ir customer would have different options to choose and to cater different group of customers in the market, since not all can eat meat such as pork considering those vegetarian and pescatarian eaters as well as those who are affiliated to their religious beliefs. It is also a way to cut cross expenses to take the product more affordable and suit the taste of Filipinos. Additionally, our business is On-the- o meals because the entrepreneurs would like to prepare and serve the product in a quick manner which is perfect for the hustle and bustle of Manila. The products are simply made of Japanese rice fiIled with Silog flavors of your choice, wrapped around in a thin sheet of seaweed rolled intact that arms to a circular bite-size dish. Market Analysis This aspect discusses and reveals the findings of the study on the demand and supply for Silog Roll, which is inspired by the rolled sushi of Silog meals in the chosen target location, which is a stall in the City of Manila. Even with the presence of multiple direct competitors, Toto Lapaz Batchoy Tapsilogan, Lacanilao's Tapsilogan and Lyka's Tapsilogan, and indirect competitors, Tokyo Tokyo Philippines, Ramen Kuroda SM Manila and Tokyo Joe, in and within the target location, the result of the survey reveals a positive demand for Silog Roll, and a continuous increase for demand in the Tapsilog food industry in general. Marketing Feasibility In this aspect, historical supply and demand as well as the gap between supply and demand are used to assess Silog Roll's marketing situation. The target market and competitors will also be identified in this aspect, which will aid the researchers in coming up with the best marketing plans to employ when promoting their products in a way that will both yield the desired level of profitability and convey their commitment to offering Silog Roll quality and value at the most competitive prices. Technical Feasibility This aspect comprises the business' location, floor plan, supplies, equipment, utility requirements, furniture and fixtures and the related source documents. The establishment maintains its security for customers' safety. The equipment, supplies, furniture and fixtures of the proposed business are of high cost but also of high quality. As for the products, they will be acquired directly by suppliers to minimize cost. Management Feasibility In this aspect, managerial feasibility analysis is carried out to determine the benefits and drawbacks of a new venture or an existing company, as well as the opportunities and threats posed logically and objectively by the external environment, the resources required to proceed, and ultimately the likelihood of success. It is made up of several elements that, when combined, should give a balanced overview of the business proposal, including both positive and negative aspects. This chapter opens with an overview of the proposed project and offers ideas for potential alternatives. Financial Feasibility This aspect comprises the total project cost, sources of financing, financial statements, financial ratios, and break-even point analysis covering a five-year period. In this aspect, the researchers present proof as to whether the project will be profitable and whether it is feasible. It is solvent enough to meet its long-term obligations and is profitable for it to start its operations. Socio-Economic Feasibility This aspect deals with the company's social responsibility which talks about the entity's impact on Manila residents, community, environment, suppliers, competitors, and different stakeholders. The proposed business, operating in a social environment, will continue to provide the best service it can to its customers. It will ensure to pay its tax due on time and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the government and other regulatory bodies. Employees will be given just compensation and their benefits. The business will ensure to settle its liabilities to its suppliers on time and as to its competitors, the business will practice fair and healthy competition.
