This present education system is moving toward K-12, given the fact that there is unfamiliarity with the curriculum; tutoring centers will bridge the gap of learning process. Great minds Tutorial Center is another entrant in local tutoring business. The name was formed because of the benefit of the service, which GMTC's tagline explains, Upgrading minds for a great future. Great Minds Tutorial Center offers a wide range of academic subjects. The business specializes in teaching quantitative subjects to the students around the University Belt. We provide good quality service for our customers. Great Minds Tutorial Center is located at Tolentino Street, Sampaloc, Manila. There are total of 5,007 students who are currently studying in Elementary to High School in the University Belt ages under 6-12 over. A total of 6% or 239 individuals out of 5,007 are the specific target market of the service offered by Great Minds Tutoring Center. The Social classes upper and lower A to upper and lower C are the target market of GMTC, because they are the ones who can avail the service the company offers. The Center provides service for children in their primary education (Grade 1-6), Junior High school (Grade 7-10) and Senior high school (Grade 11-12). GMTC can be access through walk-in, or by visiting the official website of Great Minds for online registration. The instruction is based from the updated DepEd learning competencies, which is the primary source of the school's syllabus in the Philippine Educational System. Also, the tutors are equipped or skilled with different instructional strategies that the tutee can easily follow and understand. Our vision is To be recognized as a pilot tutoring center in Manila. Our mission is To provide exemplary academic support programs and services that enrich the learning experience to be able to achieve their academic goals, develop into self-regulated learners. To be able to be considered as a competitive tutoring agency within Manila Great Minds has the following objectives. Great Minds will be considered as a partnership. Eight owners will be running the business with equal responsibilities. The pricing strategy will show ways on how Great Minds customers may be allowed to pay the service and in what tactics the customers will do to gain discounts. Great Minds service charges are inclusive of the tutor's salary and service fee of the company. GMTC will have a two mode of payments. Per week php. 1000, and per month Php 4000.00 inclusion of the service charge. The mode of financing will be from the owner and side-partners of the business, it will serve as their start-up capital. The total project cost of GMTC is Php 213,617 which is the sum of all expenses; legal requirements, raw materials, equipments and shall be funded and divided equally by the five (5) partners.
