It offers a wide selection of designs that is available in templates where customers could freely choose they want their dolls to look like. As it promotes creativity, individuality and uniqueness, Chibi ensures its customers of a high quality product and a more affordable price. It's packaging, like the competitors its stylish and attractive, good enough as a gift bag yet recyclable that can be use for other purposes. It targets to capture 5% of the total demand and supply gap and will use various marketing efforts to establish its name in the market. COMPANY SUMMARY The name of the business came from the Japanese word, which means short person or small child. It has translated as little but not used the same way as chisana (tiny, small or little in Japanese). The concept of the business adopts from the business name. All products of the business offers ly 8 inches dolls, differs from oher dolls, having its typical sizes, small head, proportion to its body. However, Chibi is offering over headed dolls that are unique from others. Aside from that, Chibi wants to showcases the individuality of dolls through its owncer by our designs on templates. Templates include skin colors, dress or wear, facial expression, haircuts and accessories. MANAGEMENT To be able to achieve the vision of Chibi, its management needs to have a system to follow. Normally each business simply plans their products to launch, put staff on it, direct, organize and maintain supervision over it; Chibi on the other hand will focus on the individuality of each customer and will showcase it by reflecting their personality using the dolls. Chbi will plan new features, designs and additional products for their future demands. It would also maintain the competitive persons needed to fully operate the business. On control function of Chibi, close supervision of the owner is needed, Weekly inventory will be conducted by the owner aside from the daily inventory of the employee. He monitors the sale and transaction that may affect the profitability of the business. SERVICE AND COMPETITION Chbi has a five (5) major competitors in the market: Blue Magic, Humor Post, Bear Cuddler, Blue Spirit and Its Cool. The said competitors are all located at SM Manila where Chibi will be established. COLLATERAL Since the business gets its capital from personal funds of the sole proprietor, there is no need for the collateral. Unless, an additional capital which will surely help the sole proprietor pursue this project. TYPE OF PROCEEDS The initial capital of the business is Php2,000,000.00.
