_aABSTRACT: The widespread of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020 had affected many nations and their economies, placing it into recession. In the Philippines, the enhanced community quarantine, or ECO, was imposed on March 16, 2020, halting operations, and thereby creating an economic standstill , 3 months later, restrictions started to ease of the economic activities started to function at 50%. Since then, consumers have to take extra precaution when going outside, adhering to the protocols given by the IATF. Not only did the pandemic change how consumers dress up, but it also affected the consumptions as well. With the whole world adapting to the new normal, it is vital to identify how the Metro Manila consumers react to the changes in the market. The researchers aim to identify the factors taken into consideration by the consumers when they purchase goods and services in terms of the frequency and quantity as well as which goods and services the consumers prioritize, and the underlying motives that drive these factors. Using a descriptive and quantitative research methodology, the researchers will focus on establishing the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the socio-demographic background of metro Manilan consumers regarding the changes in their consumption pattern. The primary data was collected through a survey questionnaire that was distributed via Goggle forms to working individuals. The results
