_aExecutive Summary: a. Business Description The proposed business is a food service business. Churronut is a food business that aims to provide affordable, delicious, and healthy snacks to university students, workers, passersby along Intramuros, Manila. Churros are often made by rolling out the dough into long lengths, pushing it through a piping nozzle, and gently adding it to a pan or deep fryer with heated oil until it turns golden. Churronut offers a new style of churros which is a donut style and bite-sized. Churronut will offer an additional four (3) different flavors: classic, chocolate, and banana churros. Churronut is located at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. The company will set up a stall inside the canteen along with other different food stalls there. b. Management Feasibility This feature clearly and properly describes positions and duties, authority flow, and personnel needs. The fundamental notion of management is that every activity or decision should contribute to the achievement of a well-defined goal. Churronut operates within the partnership structure. A partnership is a legal body or a collection of individuals who work together to achieve a common purpose. From October through the end of January, pre-operational activities were carried out. Normal company operations will resume in January 2023. The company has complied with the regulating body's legal criteria. It is also qualified to create a corporation according to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and by the business permits issued by the Local Government Unit of Manila. c. Marketing Feasibility This component, as a vital factor in establishing the feasibility of a specific company, predicts the future demand for the product that will be provided to the target market. Churronut's target market is those ages 17-40 years old, looking for an affordable snack. A student, employer, and employee at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with social classes of lower middle, middle, and upper middle with a minimum salary or allowance of Php 20,000 and above. d. Technical Feasibility In this section, the researchers will determine the efficacy of our proposed product by analyzing the specifics of the desired procedure, including the logistics, technology, and costs associated with creating, delivering, and tracking the goods or services we intend to create. e. Financial Feasibility This section discusses the financial assumptions used in the research to compile the financial statements with attention and objectivity, taking into consideration ordinary business circumstances in the area and data from competition on their usual operating capacity. Because the source of funding will come from the personal savings of a group of people, the firm is designed to be in the form of a partnership. f. Socio-Economic Feasibility This aspect assumes the socio-economic contributions and benefits of the company. The main contribution of Churronut to the Philippine government and the local government will be its contribution to taxes. Profit-making businesses support regional and national economies. The taxes that will be paid by our business will be a big help to the government to support community services. We will also buy food, equipment, and supplies from other companies. Accessing other services and products from other companies can increase a person's and an employee's income. Churronut is produced for the student to have something affordable to eat. Additionally, wages fund taxes will be collected to support economic growth.
