Targeting health-conscious students and faculty at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, the business prioritizes affordability, nutritional value, and sustainability. Market analysis reveals growing consumer interest in healthier food options, while financial projections indicate a strong return on investment and scalability. Technical and management plans ensure efficient production and compliance with food safety standards. The findings conclude that Cabbage Wrapped Siomai is a commercially viable venture with the potential to address a gap in the market for nutritious and affordable meal options, aligning with contemporary trends and consumer preferences.
