505 _aABSTRACT This study, conducted in October 2024 at the Manila Barangay Accounts Division, examines the impact of digital oLice applications on the workplace performance of Generation X employees. Focusing on workplace performance, employee development, and the learning curve associated with new digital tools, the research employs a quantitative correlational design with purposive sampling, collecting data from 71 respondents through structured surveys. Key findings indicate that digital tools enhance collaboration but show a complex relationship with productivity and accuracy. Spearman's Rho correlation analysis reveals a significant positive correlation between digital tool usage and collaboration, highlighting the need for targeted training programs to improve digital integration among Gen X employees in public administration.
