_aABSTRACT: The study aims to know the current employment status of the Pioneer Graduates of the College of Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management and how the academic program of the College contributes to their profession. Furthermore, the prime focus of this study is limited to the graduates of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila under the College of Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management with the course Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management from batch 2005 up to 2008. The Slovin's Formula and Purposive Sampling Technique were used in data gathering whereas Survey Questionnaire served as the instrument to obtain the necessary information needed in the study. The researchers concluded that the academic program of the College of Tourism, Hotel and Travel Industry Management had able to help the alumni to pursue their career.
