_b _b _c _aABSTRACT: Acknowledging the dynamic nature of educational standards and the expanding significance of technology in education, this research presents FluencyLink, an innovative web app tool aimed at improving the approach of learning English. FluencyLink values each learner's unique language journey and promotes the variety of their expertise, objectives, and methods of learning. Through gamification, the application gives users improvements, motivates them, and stimulates a sense of accomplishment. The key to FluencyLink's innovation is in its use of real-time language interaction, which speeds up language learning considerably when compared to text-based exchanges. It promotes creativity and critical thinking abilities while encouraging active interaction with vocabulary and themes relevant to their language development path. Post-conversation analysis using AI is a crucial component that distinguishes FluencyLink from other language learning programs and adds to its uniqueness. It carefully examines these transcripts, assessing grammatical correctness, language accuracy, and fluency to give learners focused feedback and accelerate their advancement to fluency. FluencyLink reimagines the language learning experience, making it more interactive and effective, especially having tailored feedback using AI-assisted assessment. The study already achieved all the objectives and got a excellence in the ISO evaluation test. To sum up, this evaluation has revealed FluencyLink as an innovative online resource that has the potential to completely transform language learning FluencyLink offers an innovative way of teaching languages by embracing the ideas of real-time language interaction, individualized learning, and AI-driven assessment. It marks the beginning of a new era in interactive and effective language learning.
