_aABSTRACT: The demand for effective and safe bike storage solutions grows as urbanization rises. In order to address the problems associated with modern bike parking, this capstone research paper presents CycleCare, an innovative system. CycleCare, an innovative system. CycleCare offers a convenient and safe bike storage solution by integrating automation technology with QR code authentication and verification. The study conducted a survey among bike owners who use their adult-size bikes as their primary mode of transportation, resulting in a total of 75 respondents. Utilizing the ISO/IEC 25010 rating system, the proponents evaluated the performance of CycleCare, an Automated Bike Parking Space with QR code authentication and verification, which received excellent ratings across functional, suitability, usability, reliability, and security. The evaluation revealed that CycleCare effectively meets the functional requirements outlined for automated bike parking, offering intuitive interfaces, reliable performance, and robust security measures. The overall mean rating for CycleCare is 3.60, indicating excellence in providing secure and convenient bike storage through automated processes and QR code authentication, ensuring a positive user experience for bike owners.
