In response, the government has intensified its focus on e-mobility and QR code-based contactless payments, aiming to modernize infrastructure and enhance the commuting experience. At the forefront of this initiative is TransitSync, a QR code-based payment system tailored for e-transportation. By addressing historical issues such as congestion and inefficient payment methods, TransitSync seeks to streamline transactions and bolster passenger safety and convenience. To ensure the success of TransitSync, the researchers deployed their expertise in programming languages and agile development methodologies, leveraging tools like Phyton and Java. The facilitated the creation of a user-friendly application and website system, essential for meeting the diverse needs of commuters, conductors, and drivers. An integrated aspect of TransitSync is its Fare System Update, which dynamically adjusts fares based on fluctuating fuel prices. This ensures that transportation costs remain accurate and transparent, benefiting both passengers and the financial sustainability of e-transportation. An agile approach to development proved pivotal, allowing for iterative refinement of TransitSync based on real-worl feedback. This iterative process not only ensures the system's responsiveness to user but also fosters continuous improvement and innovation. Through a comprehensive survey aligned with ISO/IEC 25010 software development standards, feedback from 180 respondents confirmed TransitSync's exceptional performance, with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.46 out of 5. Ultimately, TransitSync represents a significant stride in addressing transportation challenges, laying the groundwork for a more efficient, convenient, and sustainable transportation ecosystem in the Philippines. _u |
