_aABSTRACT: The study aimed to analyze the perceived knowledge on sexuality among college students in terms of pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and contraception. Also, it aimed to determine the significant relationship between the profile variable specifically the personal variable which includes gender, year level and religion and their level of knowledge on sexuality in terms of pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and contraception. The study group was composed of 1.316 students from the different undergraduate colleges of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Proportionate stratified sampling technique was employed to ensure that the different colleges will be adequately represented in the sample. Respondents were gathered from the first, second, third and fourth year levels. In the study, a self-administered survey questionnaire was developed. The said instrument was adapted from the World Health Organization and the Save the Children Foundation. Modifications were made to consider the knowledge and sensitivity of the respondents. Descriptive and inferential statistics using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) from the Save the Children Foundation was utilized to compute and analyze the data. The results revealed that college students find it very easy to communicate with their mothers on most important to them. Also, college students do not communicate sex-related matters with their parents. Moreover, they consider their mothers as the most important and at the same time preferred source of information on puberty and relationship. They also consider their friends as the most important source of information on relationship. With regards to the respondent's level of knowledge on sexuality, it revealed high level of knowledge on pregnancy, sexually transmitted interactions and contraception. There is also significant relationship between perceived knowledge on sexuality (pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and contraception) and the personal variables.
