_aABSTRACT: Children are indeed in the film and television industry. Their roles are crucial for realistic productions. Children, however, are still children, precious, innocent, and fragile. The environment in which they are placed should be conducive to their growth and development. Showbiz Culture includes erratic hours of work, too much attention, and popularity, which child actors must cope up with. This culture may affect the child actors development. Their time for scholastic performance will divided because of the demand of time in showbiz. At an early age, they will have to face responsibilities and pressures. As child actors, people expect so much about them and their relationship with other children will also be affected. Popularity which they seemed to enjoy will not last forever and they are placed into the situation wherein they could not depict unreal and real. Guidance must be on their side as they entail into the world of ahowbiz.
