It also reviews the existing literature and studies on employment creation, income generation, government strategies and enterprise development, establishing the theoretical framework and identifying the research gap. The research outlines the methodology, detailing the data collection methods, the statistical tools used, and how the data gathered from the survey among Binondo business owners and stakeholders will be analyzed to assess the impact of their businesses on Manila’s economic development.
