505 _aABSTRACT: Many people are becoming accustomed to riding bicycles when commuting or for transportation from one certain place to another. The majority find it difficult to cycle on highway roads as there are several roads that do not have bike lanes. Apart from that, some automobiles violate bike lanes by veering into them, which has an impact on bike lanes. Furthermore, traffic congestion is one of the main problems of the Philippines that is still unsolvable because there are a lot more private vehicles a certain families to have in comparison to the number of public vehicles including jeepneys, buses, and motorized tricycles, that is the main concern of public commuters since they experience tardiness due to lack of public transportation the country has. Traffic laws are also a concern in the cycling field as it is not yet established since it just recently that the Bicycle Act has been filed by the Senate in 2022 and most of the cyclists do not comply with laws and regulations provided to prevent hazards and accidents.
