505 _aABSTRACT: The study presents “Botika”: A Pharmaceutical Management System using Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) Model and Clustering Algorithm,” which addresses key pharmaceutical challenges in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly pharmacies in Metro Manila. BOTika aims to create an integrated and efficient system that optimizes inventory management, sales tracking, profit analysis, and medicinal management, thereby addressing common challenges faced by pharmacies. The specific objectives include improving efficiency in pharmaceutical operations, particularly inventory management, through predictive analytics using the SARIMA model. It also employs a Retrieval Report Algorithm for data access and Statistical Analytics for interpretation. Additionally, the system facilitates a Clustering Algorithm to categorize medicines based on key attributes, facilitating the creation of discounts and promos. To ensure seamless and user-friendly interactions, the system incorporates an intuitive interface and enhances accessibility for both administrators and customers. Advanced security measures, including authentication protocols and data encryption, are also integrated to safeguard sensitive pharmacy data. Furthermore, BOTika supports real-time data monitoring, allowing pharmacies to adjust their inventory strategies dynamically based on demand fluctuations. The system’s dashboard, designed as a Progressive Web App (PWA), enables administrators to efficiently track operations, while customers can benefit from a pre-ordering features. Key findings highlight the SARIMA model’s accuracy in forecasting demand, enhancing decision-making in pharmaceutical management. The overall aim of the project is to modernize pharmacy management, improve user experience, and meet the industry’s evolving needs, contributing to both sustainable pharmacy practices and economic growth in the country.
