The study is quantitative in nature, and 47 participants who were enrolled in the hospitality management program at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila completed online survey questionnaires to provide data. The researchers want to understand the graduated students' coping mechanisms for experiencing attrition and retrenchment during the pandemic. The study's conclusions showed that the graduated students used a variety of coping mechanisms, including family support, running online businesses, gardening, etc., to help them forget about their unpleasant experiences during the pandemic. | ||
