It involved two data collection activities a pupils and teacher, parents and pastor's questionnaire survey. The survey questionnaire was designed for pupils; there were ten questions in every core values to assess the value profile of the respondents in terms of the core values of the school: Christian Character, Academic Excellence, Christian Leadership, Christian Stewardship and Christian Service. In general, ratings on the value orientations of the pupils found to be consistent in the five core values. The comparative results on the identified and the perceived value orientations of the respondents obtained by the pupil respondents were 4.04 while the adult respondents obtained a mean of 3.93. This means that there is no significant difference between the identified and perceived value orientations of the respondents. The school core values manifested by the pupil respondents in school that obtained top rank were the Christian Character. At home the highest rank was the Christian Character and Academic Excellence which have the same weighted. At the church Christian Service and the community and country was the Academic Excellence. Several factors are contributed to the occurrence of the significant difference in manifested by the pupil respondents such as: the belief, views, experiences and training of the person. It was found out that Christian Leadership got the lowest rank followed by the Christian Service among the core values of the school. Based on the above findings and conclusions, the following recommendations are suggested: Provide leadership workshop that maximize the leadership potentials of the pupils. Design programs and activities where pupils' involvement is a necessity to enhance pupils' participation and service in school, in the church, and in the community. Provide positive support from the school administration, teachers and staff, and parents to strengthen the Core Values of the school. Encourage pupils to maintain or exceed to a higher level of their values performance by recognizing their talents and skills, giving trainings and seminars. Sustain rapport and ideal parent-teacher or school-home relationships to encourage parents to support the programs and activities of the school Provide seminars for teachers and parents to further develop the Christian leaders of our nation who will make a difference in the lives of all Filipinos. Result of the study should be given attention and made known especially in the enhancement of the core values of the school.
