ABSTRACT: Philippine Cuisine with a twist brought traditional Filipino dishes into a whole new level. Infusing the local cuisine with several cuisine from various cultures creating new interesting flavors. The researchers analyze the outcome of the study to determine the level of acceptability of Philippine Cuisine with a Twist in selected restaurants: Mesa Filipino Moderne and Simple Lang in terms of food quality, service and dining atmospheric according to their age consist of adolescence, early adulthood, midlife and late adulthood. Results indicates that for Simple Lang the food quality is acceptable except for mature adulthood which is unacceptable and dining atmospheric all of them are acceptable. And for Mesa Filipino Moderne the food quality is perfectly acceptable for all ages except midlife which is acceptable, service quality and dining atmospheric are all acceptable.
