ABSTRACT: Work productivity in organizational success underscores the significance of employee engagement and motivation. It asserts that motivated and engaged employees contribute substantially to improved organizational performance. Addressing the critical relevance of employee engagement and motivation, the study explores their influence on productivity, considering factors such as management, leadership, work-life balance, promotion, compensation, and recognition. It also recognizes the role of incentives in fostering higher productivity. Focused on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) employees in Manila, the study aims to bridge existing research gaps by examining the antecedents and consequences of employee engagement and motivation on work productivity. Adopting a descriptive correlational research design, the study investigates relationships among variables without intervention. The choice of a descriptive correlational research design is motivated by comprehending the associations and impacts of employee engagement drivers and motivational factors on the work productivity of BPO employees in Manila. The results shows that engagement drivers and motivating factors effectively enhance the employee's productivity and found a significant relationship between engagement drivers and motivating factors on employee's work productivity in Manila City. Therefore, the researchers conclude that proficient management & leadership, work-life balance, fair promotion & compensation, and recognition emerge as crucial factors fostering employee engagement and motivation, ultimately yielding a favorable impact on work productivity.
