ABSTRACT: This descriptive study on the extent of leadership practices supplied by the school administrators and teachers in terms of supervisory ability, initiative, needs for occupational achievement, decisiveness, and self-assurance. Its research locale is the city of Taguig where the sampled fifteen (15) private elementary schools are based and served as a research environment. These schools have been considered based on accessibility, expected cooperation, and the ability of providing answers to the research problem. These are represented by 140 respondents-113 teachers and 27 school administrators. The data needed to answer the questions of the study were obtained through a researcher-made questionnaire checklist of the Lykert type of five-point scale and an unobtrusive interview by the researcher. Based on the results, there are significant difference in the responses of the group of respondents. The school administrators generally rated themselves with very high extent in applying the leadership practices. The teachers on the other hand, feels that they are not satisfied with the extent of the application of the leadership practices of their school administrators. The proposed enhanced leadership program could serve as a guide for the administrators to improve their leadership practices to ensure competence of teachers, resolve transparency issues, confident implementation of school's mission, vision, and objectives, and lastly, to achieve quality education that could sustain future demands.
