The study showed that the dynamics of the Core Characteristics (university values), and the Organizational Culture (university major policies and procedures) were attained to a great extent by the respondents. That, there is a significant relationship between the prevailing organizational culture and the core characteristics attained by the respondents, with a moderate correlation. That, the organizational culture reflected the core characteristics of the university embodied in its vision mission statement. The researcher rejected the null hypothesis at the beginning of the study: There is no significant relationship between the prevailing organizational structure and the core characteristics of the PLM culture.
