Executive Summary: This study is an in-depth analysis of the financial operations and performance of Manila Bulletin Publishing Corporation for the year 2016 to 2020, aiming to present the results of the computations and analysis of the proponents on the company's performance based on the audited financial statements. Liquidity, profitability, solvency, efficiency, and marketability were measured through various financial ratios, which were used to interpret the specific areas of the company's performance. These ratios were able to visualize the company's overall performance. Through the various computations and analysis, the researchers were able to determine that the company's existing sales strategy is no longer adequate for the present market trends, which caused incapability to generate optimal income from their primary revenue streams despite being among the pioneers within the industry to adapt to digitalization. The company also struggles to collect its receivables and convert them into cash quickly. With this conclusion, the researchers recommended implementing native advertising and improving the e-commerce transactions of the company. These recommendations should lead to the company making greater profit from their website, a wider market reach through clicks and visits, an increased sales and improved digital presence. Also, the company should be able to boost their sales, reduce the costs of selling through middlemen, and reallocate those savings for the continuous improvement of its digital platforms.
