ABSTRACT: The transition from college to the workplace could be overwhelming for students, especially for those who underwent hybrid learning. The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between hybrid learning satisfaction and career anxiety among fourth year college students. It also aimed to determine the level of hybrid learning satisfaction and career anxiety among the respondents. A total of 480 fourth year college students across different colleges from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila participated in the study. The Students Satisfaction Levels in Hybrid Learning Scale by Asri et al. (2022) and the Career Anxiety Scale by Tsai et al. (2017) were administered to measure hybrid learning satisfaction and career anxiety, respectively. Descriptive statistics were used to know the level of hybrid learning satisfaction and level of career anxiety among the respondents and Superman’s rho was ran to assess relationship of the variables. The finding indicated a high average level of satisfaction in the tangibility domain of hybrid learning satisfaction and lower average levels in the remaining domains. Also, respondents had a moderate level of anxiety on all domains of career anxiety. The study discovered a relationship between hybrid learning satisfaction and career anxiety in certain dimensions. This implies that students who are more satisfied with the hybrid learning set-up tend to have lower levels of career anxiety. Career planning program was proposed to help diminish the career anxiety of the fourth year college students.
