Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was also conducted to gather additional data and information. The study was confined to the ten (10) administrators and 103 teaching and non-teaching personnel of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS) in Tondo, Manila as respondents. Is there a significant difference between the perceptions of the administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel on the prevailing types of organizational work climate of Holy Child Catholic School (HCCS)? 5. Is there a significant relationship between the superiors' communication styles and the organizational work climate of the school? 6.
