ABSTRACT: The purpose of the study is to create and propose a career development program based on the result of Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement Survey on the Employees of Insurance Company. The study Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement questionnaire was administered to 200 Employees. Variables in the study were assessed using a validated instrument, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation was used for data analysis. Result showed that employees are satisfied with supervision, communication, nature of work, and co-workers among the job satisfaction facets. It was also found out that the company employees are engaged. On the other hand, facets of the job satisfaction that needs improvement are fringe benefits, contingent rewards, pay, promotion and operating procedures. The result of the study revealed that there exists a statistically significant relationship between employee engagement and job satisfaction facets of Pay, Promotion, Supervision, Contingent Rewards, Fringe Benefits, Coworkers, Nature of Work and Communication. Based on these results a proposed career development program was made for the employees. The researcher is recommending to implement the career development program designed for employees within the company to keep the employees satisfied and engaged.
